Used this contractor to replace siding and a roof. Came in with the cheapest estimate, but we have lots of problems with the work. He used the cheapest quality products and the work was very shotty. We are now experiencing very cold drafts from all the windows after his installation. One of his crew members even came to the house one day after the job was "poorly" finished. He said Mr. Succi never paid him because we didn't pay Mr. Succi. Well we felt bad for the guy and we contacted our adjustor and faxed him all the paid in full receipts. Pretty slimy guy. You hire him, you take your chances.
