Nancy, Beth and Lee were so knowledgeable and friendly. I don't understand reviewers of the past as our experience was a 5+. Experience this location for yourself!!
This place is an absolute mess. The whole experience was exhausting and now seems like a complete waste of money.
HORRIBLE!!! I'm an old customer who lived near the area. They were expensive 10 years ago but the service was good. I decided to come back this weekend. They got worst.... It is still very expensive BUT the service has deteriorated. They do not have fabrics on stock. They have to order it and it takes 2 weeks IF they have it. You have to wait 3 business days to find out if they have it. Custom made covers for pillows will take 6-8 weeks!!!!! For the price they charge, I expect faster service. How do they stay in business????@
