Walked in to Afton Cleaners one Saturday morning intending to drop off a suit for dry cleaning, but after witnessing the attendant disparage the customer in front of me for absolutely no reason whatsoever, I walked out suit in hand and will not return. One of the worst displays of abysmal customer relations that I have ever seen. If you're in the area and in need of dry cleaning services, you have several alternatives available - and would do well to use any of them.
Do not understand other reviews except that lady is a type 'A' personality. But very fine work and attention to detail. I would go nowhere else.
Her alterations are excellent. She's the fourth person I've tried and her work is on time and super neat. My shirts also come out great. Excellent taste in classic music is a bonus for me.
Update: Once I reached home I realized that the coat was not even dry cleaned. It was just ironed!

The lady charged me 12.95 to dry clean a toddler coat and started yelling and trying to over power me by her voice when I questioned her. Also she never called me about the clothes as promised. I am never going back here ever. !
