I messaged Karen, to no avail and going to Dr Bill in Warrington is not an option anymore.
When I called to switch back to the Yardley location, the Office Manager, Lori, chastised me about missing the appointments, rather asking me what was my challenge, she became quite verbally aggressive and threatened to discharge me as a patient.

Live Well Services staff really know their stuff! Kindness, caring, and compassion. That's all it takes.
Live Well Services was very patient with the issues i arrived with. My appointments were able to fit my schedule. When i needed more support whenever that time maybe i was able to speek with my therapist on her own personal time, and when money became an issue they were more than willing to work with me so i still would be able to attend my three sessions a week. If i ever need help with my problems even though i hope that does not occur i would go back to Live Well Services without a doubt.
I have been using the services provided by Live Well for several months now. I was skeptical to start going to a behavioral health facility, but ever since I have been going I have been treated with nothing but warmth and kindness. Sophia makes me feel very comfortable and I actually look forward to our conversations. I truthfully never write reviews, but the staff at Live Well have really helped me, so I just wanted to share my appreciation. I would recommend them to anyone!
I will not return to them based on the way Lori treated me.
I have been using them on and off for a few years. I initially saw Karen and she was a great help, she moved to more of a management role and I was transferred to Dr Bill who also was awesome, but unfortunately he moved to the Warrington location. The Warriington location is an hour away with no traffic, unfortunately I had trouble keeping a couple of appointments, I paid the missed appointment fees.
