I took my ATV to Marrazzo's to have a routine service done. It was highly recommended to me by them that I replace the carburetor, which was no surprise. The carb. I ordered got in and was faulty. Had to get a new one. My ATV was there for 3 weeks. They were super helpful answering the questions I had, did the work quickly and correctly and the price was fantastic. Will definitely be taking my ATV's, tractors, and lawn mowers back here when needed. Thanks Mike Jr.!
I am rating Marrazzo's 1 star because I was extremely disappointed in their work. I am from out of town and wanted to call a local shop to have an arrangment sent to a friend who just gave birth to a baby girl. I've included the photo. This arrangement after tax was $122.00. The description I gave was an all pink, very very modern. I also said to wrap green leaves inside the vase. The picture doesn't match that in my opinion and I would never write a review, however when I called to tell them my disappointment they were extremely rude. One person said to have the recipient bring the arrangement back for them to re-do it. What!! The next day/today I spoke to Jodi whom I'm guessing is an owner or manager. She said that she doesn't have anymore pink flowers and that she would have to go get some.... ok so how is that my problem.... She was so rude, not once did she say sorry you are unhappy. She actually blamed me for not being descriptive enough as she read back to me that i wanted pink/modern. I guess she really thinks this is modern.. At the end of the day I do not want a refund however that was not offered either, and I don't ever want anything for free, just an attempt to fix the situation. I had to end the phone call because there was zero intent for them to fix, just more blame on me "the person who paid $120.00" for this. If you like this bouquet great use them, I personally was very unhappy.
Wonderful customer service I went to pick out two Christmas Trees and I did not feel as if I had to make any quick decisions. We revisited many of the trees I considered a few times. They have a beautiful selection of all things Christmas the staff is very helpful and pleasant to work with not like those big Home Improvement centers. When I entered the store to pay my bill I was offered cookies and a drink very nice setup. Will be returning next year for my tree and in the spring for my replacement plants
