This is a great dentist office, with pleasant & knowledgeable staff, all of the most modern equipment, and most importantly, wonderful dentists! I've been a patient of Dr. Hopenwasser for many years, and I highly recommend him and his practice.
I was recently in a car wreck and I called, Bucks County smile to let their staff know what happened, my bridgework was smashed and my tooth was ripped out 3 gone! Their staff, said don’t worry... scheduled me an appointment right away! I got there their team said,” hello at Elian.” Dr. David Faust DDS. Is my Denist. I only sat for a few seconds before I was called back. They ran the necessary tests, Took x-rays, put a filling in, did impressions and mapped out a game plan to restore my smile! All in one visit. I've been going to Bucks County Smiles for years. You are greeted with such a friendly front desk as soon as you walk in. Everyone is personable throughout your entire experience there. Keep doing what you are doing. I travel a distance to get to your office for a reason!
Dr. Faust called me the next day to find out what happened, and was quick to correct the situation. I ended up coming in again on 10/23/2017 to have the consultation, and the teeth cleaning. The moment I came in, I was taken care of right away. (And I came in 10 minutes earlier). Office staff was very pleasant to speak with, as well as Dr. Faust. He was professional, detail oriented, and had that personal touch that we all seek. I ended up scheduling a follow up appointment to have some more work done.
After my 1st appointment at Bucks County Smiles, I knew I found the best dental care offered that I've ever experienced! Offices are immaculate and your guaranteed to receive the best customer service and care! Dr. Scholl is amazing and so caring. Her assistant, Mary, is equally amazing. I'm a patient for life and will never see another dentist or dental office again.
Few weeks ago I made an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Faust, and it was for today. Lisa (their office representative) wrote me in an email to come in at 7:00 PM to have a complete exam, or at 7:30 PM for a free consultation. I came in at 6:45 PM, hoping to get the full exam and get the treatment plan done for follow up appointments. When I walked into their office, the girl at the counter told me to have a sit, and that she will be with me in a few minutes after she reviews my paperwork which I was instructed to fill out on their website before I came into the office. (Online paperwork took me about an hour to fill out). I ended up sitting and waiting up until 7:45 PM, at which point my patience ended, and I ended up leaving their office.
